Coimbatore is a wonderful destination for a vacation thanks to its picturesque places. The city also has numerous clubs and restaurants to relax and have a nice dinner. There are many exciting places to visit. Madhumalai Wildlife Sanctuary that has a rich diversity and is one of the oldest wildlife sanctuaries in India, the main attraction being the elephant. Kodaikanal is at the top of Palani Hills and has some fantastic places to visit as Bear Shola falls, Silver cascade, Kodai Lake, Bryant Park, and Kukkai caves. Thirumurthy Dam is situated at the foothills of the Thirumurthy Hills, and an amazingly beautiful stream which flows along the Amalingeswarar temple will captivate any visitor. Monkey Falls is another natural gem definitely worth visiting.
